Borjory sauce was a type of sauce known to the Chiss species. Around 18 BBY, Senior Warrior Yopring, who served aboard the Chiss Ascendancy Nightdragon man-of-war Vigilant, was sent to explore the Unknown Regions planet Sunrise. While investigating the world's surface, Yopring located an active mine. The Vigilants first officer, Senior Captain Kiwu'tro'owmis, core name "Wutroow," believed that mines were not run unless their owners' people had access to food and homes. Yopring then stated that if so, Sunrise had to be filled with borjory sauce.
