Kiwu'tro'owmis (Wutroow) was a Senior Captain aboard the Vigilant and was first officer under Admiral Ar'alani.
After defeating the Paataatus Hiveborn over their homeworld of Nettehi (a retaliatory strike for Paataatus raids into Chiss space), Ar'alani and Wutroow were summoned to an Aristocra hearing room. Both women understand that they are being interrogated due to the unavailability of Senior Captain Mitth'raw'nurodo (Thrawn). Ar'alani and Wutroow agree to spin their answers to Thrawn's benefit, whilst still honestly answering all the questions posed to them.
At the meeting, the Clarr representative asks the two women if Thrawn had disobeyed a direct order. Ar'alani and explains that Thrawn disobeyed a "lesser order" and states that Thrawn's obligation to win the battle is a "greater order" that should be followed over any officer's direct order. Ar'alani and Wutroow continue by comparing this dichotomy to Chiss family politics. Wutroow asks how the Paataatus fighters were able to ambush the Chiss forces so quickly upon arrival at Nettehi. Wutroow uses a report of a mission the Syndicure sent to the Paataatus Hiveborn after they were identified as the ones conducing raids into the edges of Chiss space. The report details a specific interaction between a Chiss emissary and a Paataatus delegation, in which the emissary identifies the optimal direction of a hypothetical Chiss attack. Therefore, the Paataatus knew where and at which angle the Chiss retaliatory strike would come from. The Ufsa representative spoke out in disbelief, but Wutroow confirmed the reality of the report. Wutroow concludes by stating that Ar'alani would have chosen a different attack vector if she had known of this interaction. She also states that since Ar'alani did not know of the Paataatus's knowledge of the optimal Chiss attack vector, Thrawn's disobedience was necessary for Chiss victory and survival. The two women are dismissed from the hearing, and Ar'alani tells the Syndics about the prediction of no further Paataatus aggression (omitting the fact that this prediction came from Thrawn).
As they walk out, Wutroow asks Ar'alani about her seemingly taking credit for Thrawn's prediction. Ar'alani states that she is normally against taking credit for somebody else's words and that she will correct the record in a year or two. Wutroow and Ar'alani proceed to discuss the idea of Wutroow someday making flag rank.
Wutroow receives a direction message from Thrawn, asking for the Vigilant to meet at a set of quite distance coordinates as soon as possible. She relays this request to Ar'alani. Because this journey would take days without a sky-walker, Wutroow sent a request to Naporar for a temporary sky-walker. However, Supreme General Ba'kif directly responded to her, stating that a sky-walker would be waiting for them at Naporar.
