Unidentified aunty (baskets of rice)

An aunty who had been a participant when the Empire and the Sith warred in the Sith rebellion later spoke of what she had witnessed there. As she walked to Osou while carrying baskets of rice, she told other individuals that rumors of bodies disappearing were not only stories; she had seen before that bodies no longer remained on battlefields after the Sith witch came through.

A female individual who was old enough to be an aunty twenty years after the Sith rebellion had been involved in that war, handling large cannons that grew hot enough to leave burn scars on her hands. One day, she carried rice baskets using a pole slung over her shoulders as she walked to Osou on the Outer Rim planet Genbara. Several other beings were also traveling in that direction, including another aunty who carried an apothecary chest, an uncle driving a landspeeder, another uncle leading a , and the individuals known as the Ronin and the Traveler.

In a conversation with the other beings, the aunty scoffed at the concept of Imperial unification and the claim that there had been twenty years of peace. In the previous year, a bandit had shot her cousin with a blaster, and the family had struggled to afford his bacta treatment. The uncle with the beast of burden added that their people would be too busy fending off pirate attacks to get involved with the Empire's growing tensions. After the uncle with the landspeeder added that bodies were going missing, the aunty with the apothecary chest shared a rumor about that happening on Buna. When the rumors were questioned, the aunty who carried rice countered that it was not only a story; she had witnessed how bodies no longer remained on battlefields after the Sith witch passed through them.

Because the Traveler was a storyteller, their perspective was sought regarding what the aunty had said. They expressed gratitude for her words and said that people should listen to the aunty, even if her words were not necessarily true. The Traveler asked her if that sounded right, but she responded by grunting and turning away.
