It was made on the Inner Rim planet Thyferra, the origin point of the medicinal substance bacta, by its natives. While not medicinal, Bacta Slush instead improved the drinker's state of mind and helped them to feel better. In 35 ABY, the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs included a recipe for Bacta Slush in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, following a culinary tour of the galaxy that he took between 34 ABY and 35 ABY.
