Wilf Scolding is an actor cast as Vanis Tigo in Andor. He is best known for playing the small, but important role of Rhaegar Targaryen on Game of Thrones (brother of Emilia Clarke's Daenerys Targaryen and Harry Lloyd's Viserys Targaryen, although he does not share any scenes with the two), and for roles such as Ethan on the Netflix series The One, and Frank Doyle in the 2022 film Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.
