Vanraya was a human child who lived in Cloud City on Bespin. Vanraya, alongside friends Moxxin and Traff, stole the Cantonarive crown coin from Baron Administrator Lando Calrissian. The three planned to give the coin to the crime boss Wonn Ionstrike in return for a reward, while Calrissian attempted to convince them to change their minds. After Calrissian told the children that he needed the coin to pay a grand slicer who could protect Cloud City from the Galactic Empire, Vanraya stopped them from giving the coin to Ionstrike, and the three returned it to Calrissian.
