Hello Granitebees; it is indeed an official depiction. The original artwork in question was created by Darren Tan for The Essential Guide to Warfare in 2012. In that book, it depicted the Battle of Orinda between the Reaper and Lusankya. Several years later, an edited version of the art was used to depict the Ravager in the Star Wars: Armada Super Star Destroyer Expansion Pack.
