An orchard outside of Dor'shan on the Expansion Region planet Dorin—a world with a helium-rich atmosphere that was the homeworld of the Kel Dor species—was owned by a Kel Dor who at one point met the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs and promised him goods from the orchard's most recent harvest if Tuggs ever visited.
The Kel Dor was shocked when Tuggs did visit the orchard in his food freighter during a culinary tour of the galaxy that he took between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, but provided him goods including zand nuts and fruit from the orchard's kand trees. Tuggs then mentioned the orchard in a recipe for Kand and Zand Rolls that he included in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY.
