Tsiraki was a bright blue–colored alcoholic beverage that was consumable by humans, Zabraks, Mikkians, and Ewoks. The intoxicating drink was made from fermented salakberries and pickling spices. Tsiraki could be stored in bottles and served to individuals in tall, purple-tinted glasses or wooden mugs.

In 22 BBY, tsiraki was served at the bar of the nightclub Outlander Club on the planet Coruscant. During a party celebrating the smuggler Han Solo's upcoming wedding to the Princess Leia Organa in 4 ABY, the Mikkian rebel Pathfinder Sakas drank a large mug of tsiraki while in the Bright Tree Village on the moon Endor. Rebel general Lando Calrissian was impressed by her swift consumption of the beverage and willingness to pour herself a refill. Later that night, Solo saw an Ewok carrying a mug of tsiraki and took it from him. The Ewok protested and seized the mug back, spilling much of his beverage in the process. Upon tasting the tsiraki, the Ewok was disgusted and attempted to clean the taste of it off his tongue with his paws.
In 5 ABY, tsiraki was served to former Imperial loyalty officer Sinjir Rath Velus in a Junari Point bar on the planet Chandrila. Drinking it caused him to pass out and wake up with an unsteady head. He described tsiraki as both sour and sweet and had mixed feelings on whether it was good or bad. Bounty hunter Jas Emari, one of his teammates, insisted that it tasted like slug bile. Days later, Velus attended a meeting with his team and lamented that he had forgotten to bring a bottle of tsiraki.
Tsiraki first appeared in Aftermath: Life Debt, a 2016 canon novel written by Chuck Wendig as the second installment in Star Wars: The Aftermath Trilogy. The drink was first pictured in the 2019 reference book Star Wars: How Not to Get Eaten by Ewoks and Other Galactic Survival Skills by Christian Blauvelt. The book revealed that tsiraki was among the beverages included in the set for the Outlander Club bar in the 2002 prequel trilogy film, Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, although the drink was not visible on screen in the film itself.
