The Third Cataclysm was an event that took place by 1382 BBY. The Firebird of Colsassa, a sculpture made of kyber that depicted a starbird, dated back to the Third Cataclysm. In 382 BBY, Jedi Master Vildar Mac and Jedi Padawan Matthea Cathley informed the Disciples of the Whills of the theft of a relic from the Temple of the Kyber in the Holy City of the Mid Rim moon Jedha that archivist Zumeg believed could only be the Firebird of Colsassa. As he led the two Jedi to where the sculpture was supposed to be within the temple, Zumeg informed them of the Firebird of Colsassa's origins back to the Third Cataclysm and that it had been in the Disciples' collection for over a millennium.
