Surgeon consul was a title that existed on the planet Hosnian Prime during the Imperial Era. The Rebel Alliance operative Plas Lelkot held the title of surgeon consul during the Galactic Civil War. At some point he he hid Imperial refugees at his chateau. As punishment, he was sent to Ashmead's Lock prison on the planet Kashyyyk.
