Squigglies were an alien species native to the moon Narkina 5. Off-world fishers such as Dewi and Freedi Pamular visited the moon to fish for the aquatic species in the lakes surrounding the Narkina 5 Imperial Prison Complex but by 5 BBY the native populations had declined due to pollution from the complex, frustrating the fishers.
