During the Battle on Caliban, Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi and several clone troopers of the 212th Attack Battalion were captured by General Grievous, and were ordered to rebuild a bridge destroyed by the invasion. The prisoners originally planned to sabotage the bridge, but changed their plans when they discovered a Qubey youngling that was separated due to the collapse of the bridge.
The Qubey on the other side of the chasm were able to get the prisoners attention, and formulated a plan. The Qubey distracted General Grievous by piling on top of him, allowing the clone troopers to gain advantage over the B1 battle droids and steal their E-5 blaster rifles. The Qubey then caused an avalanche, burying General Grievous and his forces. Obi-Wan and the clones then rushed to their gunship, and escaped, destroying the bridge on their way out.
