The Chiss Ocpior was a member of the Chiss Droc family who held the rank of Senior Commander and served in the Chiss Ascendancy nation's Expansionary Defense Fleet, serving aboard the patrol cruiser Parala. Around 35 BBY, the Senior Commander was present at the sensor station of the cruiser during a pirate attack at the planet Stivic, where the Parala watched a battle between the Garwian Unity—the Garwian species' government—and privateers of the Lioaoi species' regime. Ocpior reported multiple hits on the Lioaoin corsairs and later reported their attempted retreat. Although four corsairs attempted to flee to hyperspace, the Garwians destroyed all but one.
Ocpior appeared in Timothy Zahn's 2020 novel Thrawn Ascendancy: Chaos Rising, the first volume of The Ascendancy Trilogy.
