Mythra

Mythra was a valuable substance. During the Republic Era, the ambassador Ketas owned a seal of office made of solid mythra, which he kept aboard his cruiser, the Luster. Between 68 BBY and around 58 BBY, the Jedi diplomat Arath Tarrex stole the seal, though it was later recovered by several other Jedi. One of the Jedi, Jedi Master Dooku, later told his sister, Jenza, about the incident in a holo-letter and gave the data disk of the message to his recently recruited Sith assassin Asajj Ventress many years later. In 34 ABY, Resistance operative Kazuda Xiono mused over whether an attacked vessel had been carrying mythra.

The seal of office of the Solodoe ambassador Ketas was made of solid mythra and stored aboard his cruiser, the Luster, during the Republic Era. Between 68 BBY and around 58 BBY, the seal's value led the Jedi diplomat Arath Tarrex to steal it while Ketas was away negotiating with Plinovians from the planet Plin Minor on the space station Station Zeta. Tarrex hoped to pay off his casino debts with the object and hid it in his quarters. Initially, Ketas blamed the theft on the visiting Plinovian ambassador, leading several Jedi to investigate further. Eventually, the Jedi Master Dooku, Jedi Knight Rael Averross, and Padawan Qui-Gon Jinn discovered the object in a box in Tarrex's rooms and returned the seal to Ketas.

Dooku later told his sister, Jenza, about the events in a holo-letter. Around 23 BBY, Dooku gave several data disks containing his messages to Jenza to his recently recruited Sith assassinAsajj Ventress—for her investigation into his sister's location, and she listened to the holo-disk that mentioned the stolen mythra seal of office. In 34 ABY, when Resistance operatives Poe Dameron and Kazuda Xiono investigated a Darius G-class freighter that had been attacked by pirates, Xiono wondered if the freighter had been transporting gold, mythra, or spice.

Behind the scenes
