The Miner's Union Hall was an office building in Elesa, the capital city of Ando Prime, at some point before 27 BBY. It was the seat of the Elesa Mining Union which was at that point managed by Geon Justic.
At some point, former podracer-turned-criminal accomplice Ree visited the Union Hall to meet with and bribe Justic. Soon afterward, other visitors tracking Ree and his boss, crime lord Kaeline Ungasan, entered the Hall and questioned Justic about his previous meeting. After the fourth party visited, Justic decided to leave on vacation.
