Military Correction Facility 63 or MCF 63 was a prison that was part of the base established on the planet Milagro by the New Republic in 5 ABY, three months before the battle in the Milagro system.
It was maintained by detainment droids. Thanks to the planet's thin atmosphere and the prisoners's inability to escape, they were allowed to work without leg irons. Although the prisoners were always ordered and expected to hurry up, eventually they always had to wait for the officers.
Alfonso Luiz Obota was interred there for mutiny. Obota and other prisoners worked for the installation of a communication's mast on the level fused glass, the remnants of the buildings after Imperial Remnant bombardment.
