Kolivo was a bounty hunter who once worked with fellow bounty hunter and former Imperial Beilert Valance. Valance was later reminded of his work with Kolivo in a conversation with another ex-Imperial hunter named Cavic sometime prior to the hunt for the Sith Lord Darth Vader in 1 BBY. Mentioning Kolivo alongside three other "tough" bounty hunters, CT-720, BT-823, and a Nautolan, Cavic called them a "solid bunch."
