Gerbaud 2 was a planet located in the Sepan system, a part of the Sepan sector in the Slice portion of the Expansion Region.
It was over Gerbaud 2 that numerous prototype TIE Avengers were to be transferred from the escort carrier Tropsobor to the Victory-class Star Destroyer Protector; though a front from both the Dimoks and the Ripoblus thwarted the exchange.
Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, indicated in April 2023 that Gaerboud IV originally was a misspelling of Gerbaud 2.
