The Fylari were the inhabitants of the Fylar region of the planet Ontotho. When the other regions of Ontotho united to form a planetary government in order to enter into the Galactic Republic, the Fylari refused to agree to join. The Fylari protected a temple in the forests of Fylar containing Zeffonian ruins.
