Ecclessis figs were a type of edible fruit used as a dessert garnish. The eatery known as Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant served the figs as one of the toppings on their Tibanna split ice cream dish, along with atomically aerated cream and crushed ettel nuts. The dish itself was made in a style based on that of Cloud City on the planet Bespin and consisted of three flavors of Hood family "Bespinian best" ice cream—Denta bean, Trammistan chocolate and beebleberry. It was considered delicious by the Besalisk chef and owner of Dex's, Dexter Jettster, who served it for 3.7 credits until his diner's destruction during the first two years of the Galactic Empire's rule.
