The D'Armin Syndicate was an organization that operated during the Imperial Era. In 3 ABY, the syndicate attacked a supply ship of the Tagge Corporation. By the following day, news of the attack led to a drop for the Tagge Corporation in the Hadi system, which the corporation's leader—Lady Domina Tagge of the House of Tagge—noticed and questioned her secretary Lapin Tagge about. In response, Lapin informed Domina of the attack, to which she ordered her secretary have a battleship cut the syndicate off at the celestial body Feriae Junction. Domina then instructed to have their engines and weapons taken out before pushing them into the sun the next day.
