Crucitorn was a Jedi Master who served in the Jedi Order. During the Battle of Nar Shaddaa, that took place before 68 BBY, between the Order and the Flame-Wielders, Crucitorn became immolated by the latter, but managed to endure the pain and fight back. Around 68 BBY, Jedi Master Dooku cited Crucitorn's battle as an example when demonstrating pain endurance to his Padawan, Qui-Gon Jinn.
Dooku later told his sister, Jenza, about his conversation with Jinn in a holo-letter. Around 23 BBY, Dooku gave several data disks containing his messages to Jenza to his recently recruited Sith assassin—Asajj Ventress—for her investigation into his sister's location, and she listened to the holo-disk that mentioned Crucitorn.
