Boruush was a Trandoshan pirate who Trademaster Kavork of the Red Meteor Consortium pirate gang owed a gambling debt to. Prior to the Battle of Rishi, the former Cipher Nine and former Minister of Intelligence of the Sith Empire sought to retrieve the carbonite-frozen Shara Jenn from Kavork. Cipher Nine thus killed Boruush during the Minister's meeting with Kavork on Rishi in order to convince the pirate of the Minister's influence.
