Located below ground on Boothi XII was a vault. During the early years of the Age of the Empire, Cadet Chelli Aphra of the University of Bar'leth undertook an archaeological expedition to the Boothi XII vault in the hopes of discovering evidence of a civilization or precursor race that inhabited the astronomical object millennia before. Aphra, however, found nothing of note.
