University of Bar'leth

The University of Bar'leth was a university located on the planet Bar'leth within the Core Worlds. It was built on the ruins of the main temple of the Ascendant where they crafted inventions to mimick the dark side of the Force. The Ugnaught antiquities expert Korin Pers held the position of Sava at the university and wrote works published throughout the Galactic Republic, although she was later forced out of the school when Toob-Nix took over the position of Sava during the Age of the Empire. Archaeologist Chelli Aphra and future smuggler Sana Starros were enrolled in the university in the years before the Galactic Civil War. Aphra was also classmates and friends with Eustacia Okka. It had an ancient map that led to the resting place of the Sword of Khashyun, which Aphra stole from the archives.
