He also had close relations with the local Separatist. When Jedi Master Saesee Tiin Diado to steal a Separatist starfighter prototype, he ran into Birok and his gang. Birok was killed inside the secret weapons factory that housed the fighter, when Tiin stole it and used its guns to blast the command center.
Birok first appeared in the short story It Takes a Thief, which was one of four stories in the sixth volume of the Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures trade paperbacks. He was created and penciled by Matthew and Shawn Fillbach. Birok garnered an entry in The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia.
