The CIS-Advanced starfighter was designed by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, during the Clone Wars. The prototype never saw any action except for a few trials.
Saesee Tiin flies away after destroying the entire weapons factory.
It was constructed in a CIS Weapons Factory on the planet Diado. On a mission, Saesee Tiin stole the starfighter and destroyed the factory completely, obliterating all plans of the starfighter.
