Zilastra, also known as Zil, was a Nautolan female pirate who led the Riftwalkers gang. After her perished in a colony abandoned by the Galactic Republic and she was left behind at an orphanage when her friends were taken in by the Jedi Order, Zilastra developed a grudge against the Jedi. As the leader of the Riftwalkers, Zilastra plotted to assassinate the leaders of the other pirate gangs in the Slice and then unify them to kill the members of the Jedi High Council on the planet Kwenn.
