When King Terak was killed in 3 ABY, General Yavid tried to take the Marauder throne and tried to become King. But he was not able to match Terak's feat of keeping order over such a rabble, and the Marauders turned on one another. But eventually Zakul emerged victorious in this struggle, re-established order, and became the new King.
Nevertheless, when the New Republic later sent agents to scout the Endorian forest, they found no trace of the Sanyassan Marauders.
