Baron Yorn was a male noble from the planet Coruscant. According to the legend, around 100 BBY, Yorn brought several followers to the moon of Kalakar Six in the Dromund system. The moon's dark side nature attracted the baron and his entourage, who set up a fortress with the intent to conduct experiments there. However, when a supply ship arrived on the moon, the crew noted that everyone there had vanished, except for Yorn, who had gone mad, tearing out his own eyes and tongue.
In 0 BBY, Darth Vader and two stormtroopers came to his long-abandoned fortress to look for the Death Star plans. A told the other fellow about Yorn's legend.
