Yawse Felsiy was a collector who lived during the time of the Galactic Civil War. Sometime following the Battle of Yavin, Felsiy inhabited the Tansarii Point Station, in the Bright Jewel system. In 1 ABY, Yawse Felsiy told a spacer to find dust durnis scattered throughout the space station. When the spacer accomplished this task, Felsiy awarded the individual with a feather duster and advised to explore the galaxy for items to collect.

Yawse Felsiy was a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. Yawse Felsiy was added to the game upon the release of the "Chapter 8" on January 15, 2008.
Felsiy's appearance was randomized after each server reset. Appearances Felsiy could appear as included, but were not necessarily limited to, male Aqualish, male Bith, female Twi'leks, and female Trandoshans.
