Xanaven was a Frong male Nihil pirate who, after Eye Asgar Ro asked him to, served as Tempest Runner of his own Tempest during the High Republic Era. He was killed and replaced by the Twi'lek Lourna Dee at the Great Hall of the Nihil.
Xanaven appeared in flashbacks in the 2021 audio drama The High Republic: Tempest Runner, written by Cavan Scott and performed by a full voice cast.
