Walter Velez

Walter Velez was an American painter and illustrator. He was born in East Harlem in New York City, New York, United States on November 28, 1939, and he died on August 24, 2018. For the Star Wars franchise, he illustrated The Star Wars Book of Masks, a pop-out mask book published on October 12, 1983, and How the Ewoks Saved the Trees: An Old Ewok Legend, a picture book published in 1984.
