Aree's on a mission to turn these house pets into true guard creatures - but distractions are a plenty when you're a voorpak.
SF-R3 ("Aree") and CAM visit Theed on the planet Naboo to investigate whether pet voorpaks can be used as guard animals. While playing with a voorpak inside a cage, his finger is bitten by the creature. Later, he attempts to train a voorpak to do drills but the creature instead urinates on him. Later, the voorpak is distracted by a hovering fly which Aree attempts to shoo away.
The voorpak then toys with Aree's accessories including a thermal detonator, which Aree hurls into the sky to avoid harm. The detonator explodes like fireworks. However, the creature mistakes him for a hostile and chases him. CAM manages to save Aree by letting the creature play with it like a ball. CAM is able to train Aree to obey. Aree concludes that all it takes to train a voorpak is the right ball.
He concludes that the citizens of Naboo could not be safer without their joint team work. Aree lists several fun facts including that voorpaks are mammals with purple urine.
