The Vocational School for Institutional Security (V-SIS) was a school in the planet Lothal's Capital City that specialized in teaching information security. It was headed by an administrator who once held an assembly about ethical practices in information security. The school was known to contain a maze of networking laboratories in its lowermost level. Some of its students included the young rebel sympathizer Merei Spanjaf, the Pantoran Jix Hekyl, and Bandis Yong, a slicer with a high opinion of himself.
