Vizier (Shah-tezh)

The Vizier was a piece in the ancient board game known as Shah-tezh. Some referred to the Vizier as a "he." The piece could move diagonally any distance and in any direction, and was described as a too-thin man wearing a strange, pillarlike hat.

The Vizier is identical in function to the Bishop in chess.
