Talk: Vetinari

I believe that I was doing some work in the Kyp Durron article with regards to Simple Tricks. As for it being inaccurate, if you feel so, then delete it—that's the nice thing about a Wiki. Cheers, Greyman 20:06, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

Vetinari like the one in the discworld novels by Terry Pratchett?

I changed the sign, because it was me, who asked that question (which wasn't answered yet^^) originally, so you can undo it again, if you want to. Check SFHs page for more details^^ --The IP 14:42, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

I believe it is Mara Jade. The larger version of the pic I put on her article. --Eyrezer 01:53, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

A mention was made of the Emperor's most prestigious fleet," which I beleive was Death Squadron.Tank 16:10, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

Ah, good catch. I neglected to link that, but will do so. Thanks. Toprawa and Ralltiir 19:23, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

Well as I understand it it's not supposed to be an in-universe story or appearance. I would see it as akin to any sort of OOU Lucasfilm licensed event with any sort of storyline. Having it in the Appearances section of, say, Luke Skywalker, would open up the possibility of adding hordes of similar OOU appearances to his article, I think. Of course, if it has an article on the site, it should receive mention in the respective articles' "behind the scenes" section. -- AdmirableAckbar 23:55, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please note that your edit to The Star Wars Archives: Episodes I-III 1999-2005 added an external link without including a backup link. Our Sourcing policy mandates the inclusion of a permanent archival link in all external links. Instructions for doing this can be found on the respective citation template pages. Thanks! Quay

  • Sorry it has taken so long to reply to the message you left me. As for the two appearances I listed on the Day of the Sepulchral Night (Quay and repulsor-belt), here are the quotes:

Warship analog

  • Reply from here. Gah. Missed that one. I'd add it to the list in the template, and redirect it to the warship page for now. Like dreadnaught analog, it's not part of the basic group of terms used to cover all the YV ships at the Battle of the Black Bantha in Star by Star, and I would therefore speculate that it would probably be a sub-type of destroyer analog, as "destroyer" and "warship" are used interchangeably for big YV ships: but it really deserves a seperate page in the long run. --McEwok 15:36, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

  • True, but I don't remember any other fleets in the Empire being called the most prestigious except for Death Squadron...but if you think its wrong change it all you wish.Tank 14:36, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Well, the main difference as I would see it would be the OOU nature of the show, which doesn't seem to be displayed as a story in the Star Wars universe. It's not a big deal and I'll happily acquiesce if others chime in, but I think having it in appearances sections is a good idea because it sets a precedent for other similar non-canon but Lucasfilm shows that aren't really set in SW. -- AdmirableAckbar 00:13, June 4, 2010 (UTC)
