Hi! I just wanted to let you know that when using DEFAULTSORT on pages whose titles begin with articles (The, A, An), it's to ensure the page isn't sorted by that as the article is not considered part of the page's title for that purpose. For example, the page The Fett Family's Finest should have a DEFAULTSORT with only "Fett Family's Finest" in it so it's properly sorted under "F" in categories.
