A space station contained a shopping area and a secret laboratory in which Professor Cantebarius H. Broom experimented on droids due to paranoia relating to droids being after him upon his discovery of there being eighteen Abominors in the galaxy, including the Great Heep. Around 15 BBY, the miner Jann Tosh traveled to the station with his droids, the protocol unit C-3PO and the astromech R2-D2. While Tosh had gone shopping, C-3PO fell through a trapdoor leading to Broom's lair, but he was saved from the professor's clutches in extremis.
