This male individual was a soldier of the Sith Empire on the planet Dromund Kaas. In 3950 BBY he was handpicked by Murtog's to be part of a team that ambushed the Jedi Knight Meetra Surik. He was killed during the brief skirmish.
The male soldier first appeared in Drew Karpyshyn's novel The Old Republic: Revan which was released on November 15, 2011. Note the article doesn't reflect how soldier died, since the novel doesn't specify if Murtog or the unidentified soldier was the one Surik used Shiak on or if he was set on fire by T3-M4.
