A droid warden served aboard the DTE-CSA-17 Calaboose prison ship Palwick during the High Republic Era. While the Palwick ferried a number of prisoners, including the meknek Osha Aniseya, to Coruscant, several of the convicts planned an escape. When a cyborg convict remotely deactivated the transport's pilot droids, causing it to drop out of hyperspace above Carlac, the droid warden responded to the security breach. Another convict used a tentacle to grab the droid from through the cell bars, tearing off its head. The convict then detached the droid's arm, using it to unlock the cells. A human convict took the arm and opened another cell, before all of the prisoners, aside from Aniseya and one other, fled in an escape pod.
