A droid mechanic operated on the Mid Rim planet Kijimi during the Imperial Era. At some point, they came to owe a favor to the human Lando Calrissian. Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY, Calrissian brought up the droid mechanic and their owed favor to him when he threatened to have the droid known as Talky's core taken out and wired to a simulator so the droid would live in agony if it did not fully heal his friend, the cyborg Lobot.
