The Dual Hemisphere-Omni Support Vessel participated in the Battle of Umbara, where it was tasked with delivering supplies to the Umbaran Militia fighting the Republic forces on the surface, but was destroyed during the battle by 501st Legion clone troopers Fives, Jesse, and Hardcase, who disobeyed the orders of Jedi General Pong Krell and used hijacked Umbaran starfighters to sneak past enemy lines.
