Ulic Qel-Droma

Ulic Qel-Droma was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in the Nexus of Power, a sourcebook for Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars: Force and Destiny roleplaying game published in March 17, 2016.

The character Ulic Qel-Droma originally appeared in the Star Wars Legends continuity in the first issue of the comic series Tales of the Jedi, written by Tom Veitch, penciled by Chris Gossett, and published by Dark Horse Comics on October 1, 1993. Although that comic issue was Qel-Droma's first actual appearance, he was first mentioned in Lost for Over 300 Years, an endnotes by Tom Veitch printed in the back of Dark Empire 5.

Ulic Qel-Droma appeared in the unused concept sketch by Wayne Lo titled "Jedi Temple stained glass art sketches" for the second season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series. It was included in the The Art of Star Wars: The Clone Wars booklet, released with the Star Wars: The Clone Wars Seasons 1-5 Collector's Edition. The sketch also depicted Odan-Urr and Nomi Sunrider.

The complete artwork of Ulic Qel-Droma and Nomi Sunrider was included in the production journal of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars The Complete Season Two. The art depicted Nomi Sunrider severing Ulic Qel-Droma's connection to the Force from the sixth issue of the comic book miniseries Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi — The Sith War. Part of this specific stained glass window can be seen in the episode of second season "Lightsaber Lost," with most of the composition being off-screen.
