Ugboat was a localized company on the planet Bespin. The corporation's headquarters, manufacturing center, and sales floor were located in the city of Ugnorgrad on the Ugnaught Surface. They specialized in the creation of floatboats for the Ugnaught people and were the largest manufacturer on the Surface of this preferred method of transportation.
During the rise of the New Republic, Ars Fivvle reported that King Ozz had secretly acquired ownership of the company and issued a decree that all Ugnaught blood-feuds needed to be resolved on the Ugnaught Surface, thereby increasing demand for transportation and sales of the company's floatboats. Ozz's spokesman, however, denied the accusation.
