Tyrok was a male Trandoshan who lived during the Galactic Civil War. After the Battle of Yavin, he worked as the personal bodyguard for Lady Valarian, a major crime lord on Tatooine. In 1 ABY, Valarian's long rival Jabba Desilijic Tiure ordered a spacer to kill Tyrok to disrupt Valarian's business. The spacer then Tyrok in the Dune Sea and killed him.
Tyrok was a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. Tyrok was added to the game as part of the revamped "Jabba's Theme Park," released with the "Publish 25", a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005. One of the missions from Jabba himself asked the player to kill Tyrok.
