Tribune

Tribune was the title given to certain high-ranking members of the Imperial Ruling Council between the removal of Sate Pestage from the Imperial throne and the rise of Ysanne Isard. The Council was at this point ruled by an inner circle known as the Tribunal, which was presided over by Tribune General Paltr Carvin and included his civilian advisers, Tribunes Challer, and Plumba.
