Toul was a human male Jedi Padawan, who was confronted by the Sith Lord, Bichan in a Force vision. The dark lord instructed him to join him and become his apprentice. By 1032 BBY, they met on an , where Toul was with Ara to cut off the dark head. There, Toul confronted Bichan on Ara's speeder before dueling him there and atop the statues of prophecy; however, he killed the Sith.
Toul wielded a single-bladed blue lightsaber and wore Jed robes.
Toul appeared in "Journey to the Dark Head," the fifth episode of Star Wars: Visions' second volume, which premiered on Disney+ on May 4, 2023. He was voiced by in the Korean and in the English voice cast.
