However, Snootles was secretly working for Jabba Desilijic Tiure, and after he retrieved the diary, she shot him, leaving his corpse by the gravesite, where it was later discovered by bounty hunter Cad Bane and Jedi Masters Obi-Wan Kenobi and Quinlan Vos.
